Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details to yourself. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access.
Your content
The tasks, lists, messages and files you put into Wabi remain yours. You give us only the permission needed to store and display them so the service can work, including showing them to the people you share a list with.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. nSof LTD does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that it will meet your requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, nSof LTD and its officers, directors and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of your use of the service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify nSof LTD against any liabilities, costs, claims, damages and expenses arising out of your breach of these terms.
Changes
We may amend these terms. The date at the top shows the most recent revision, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
